Need to return an item to us ? 

Our returns policy 

Need to return your order ? No problem! You can return any item (EXCLUDING SALE or clearance items) for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. 

All that we ask is that all items are unworn, unwashed with ALL original tags attached. Please allow up to 7 working days to for us to process your return and refund you. 

Your bank may take 5-10 working days to show the refund in your account. Please inform us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order. 

All parcels returned to sender due to the customer entering invalid/incomplete address , the customer will incur the charge of the original postage plus the cost of postage to return the item back to us. 

How do I return an item? 

Easy ! Just get in touch with us to inform us of your return. Items must be returned to us at the customers expense, we recommend using a tracked service as the item remains the responsibility of the customer until we get it back to us. We cannot be held accountable for items lost in the post. Items which are not returned within the time frame or in the original condition as stated above will be held by us until either return postage is paid or another agreement is reached. We reserve the right not to refund you if the items are not returned to us in saleable condition or within the time frame stated.

Please be careful when trying on items. We cannot refund items that are marked with tans, makeup or creams as this means they are unsaleable condition. 

Any items that are not accepted as a return (due to being in unsaleable condition ) must be claimed within 14 days of the customer being notified and must be returned to sender, or will be destroyed. The customer will incur a £4.99 shipping charge for the unsaleable item to be returned to them.

All postage costs are non-refundable. 


NO parcels are shipped on Saturday,  Sunday or Bank holiday

Most of our items are sent using ROYAL MAIL. If your item has not arrived it may be held at your nearest Post Office, a card should have been left but if not please check with them. We use Royal Mail second class signed for as standard postage, if you require your item sooner please be sure to get in contact with us by phone 01246 863044 to arrange for next day.
